6 GHz: Appendix (7)-9, section 5
“Frequency arrangement, combinations and order of use,” pp. 49–52. 低群 / 高群: low group / high group. 占有周波数帯幅: occupied bandwidth. The 18.5 MHz arrangements for 16/256QAM and 64QAM have the same centres; the source separately gives their polarization/channel-priority arrangements. The small-capacity channel occupies the 6165–6185 MHz slot (p. 40).
6.5 / 7.5 GHz: Appendix (4)-12
“Frequency arrangement,” pp. 125–129. These are fixed stations excluding broadcasting-service fixed stations (application section, p. 90). The communication method is one-to-one, digitally modulated duplex with symmetric transmit/receive operation (p. 91). The 36.5 MHz format is limited to telecommunications-service fixed stations (p. 91). Unlike the older 2007 illustration, this table explicitly includes 7460 and 7470 MHz at 9.5 MHz BW and 7465 MHz at 19 MHz BW.

In the 6.5 GHz table, channel numbers are 12–14 (5 MHz), 31–42 (9.5 MHz), 1/3/5/7/9/11 (19 MHz), 61–64 (28.5 MHz), and 51 (36.5 MHz). In the 7.5 GHz table they are 14–21 (2.5 MHz), 7–10 (5 MHz), 31–42 (9.5 MHz), 1–6 (19 MHz), 61–64 (28.5 MHz), and 51 (36.5 MHz).
Appendix (22)-12, pp. 81–84, separately reproduces the same 6.5/7.5 GHz pairs for public-service portable systems, except that it has no 36.5 MHz entries.
5.8 / 6.4 / 6.9 GHz: Appendix (6)-1
Section (6), pp. 1–2, applies to telecommunications-service fixed stations in B band (>5850–5925 MHz), C band (>6425–6570 MHz), and D band (>6870–7125 MHz). The permitted occupied bandwidth is 28.5 MHz or less; the standard modulation is 128QAM, with OFDM corresponding to the same permitted occupied bandwidth. Appendix (6)-1, p. 7, “Frequency arrangement,” gives exactly these two pairs:
| Channel | Occupied BW limit | Low group | High group | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 28.5 | 5906 | 6891 | 985 |
| 2 | 28.5 | 6552 | 6927 | 375 |
These are explicit cross-band low/high pairs; the source does not give a uniform per-band duplex offset or a longer centre-frequency series.

Section 1.3.1 defines 既存業務用 (existing services) here as public-service, general-service and telecommunications-service links. These use duplex operation with low and high frequency groups and a guard band between the groups. Different channel widths have their own frequency arrangements. The figures show these existing-service arrangements separately from the broadcasting arrangements.
Annex 4: M band (6.5 GHz) frequency arrangement
Printed p. 2-45; PDF page 59. Translation of the existing-service rows. The legend calls the widths frequency spacing (間隔).
| Channel spacing | Low-group centres | High-group centres | Channel numbers |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | 6670 | 6830 | 51 |
| 20 | 6580, 6600, 6620, 6640, 6660, 6680 | 6740, 6760, 6780, 6800, 6820, 6840 | 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 |

| 5 | 6695, 6700, 6705 | 6855, 6860, 6865 | 12–14 |
Every corresponding low/high centre in these rows differs by 160 MHz.
Annex 5: N band (7.5 GHz) frequency arrangement
Printed p. 2-46; PDF page 60. Translation of the existing-service rows.

Every corresponding low/high centre in these rows differs by 160 MHz.
The figure also shows 2.5 MHz channels 14–21 without individually printing their
centres; the 2016 fixed-station table above supplies them. The original labels existing-service
channel 36 as 7590; the table uses 7490, which is printed in the corresponding
broadcasting row and follows the drawn position and 7650 MHz high-group centre.

Tables 2-1 and 2-2: transmission formats after revision
Printed p. 28; PDF page 30. 占有周波数帯幅の許容値 means permitted occupied bandwidth. It is distinct from the channel spacing in the 2007 diagrams. Rows with the same bandwidth are combined below; the modulation lists retain the table's contents.
| Band | Permitted occupied bandwidth | Standard modulation formats |
|---|---|---|
| 6 GHz | 5 | 4PSK |
| 6 GHz | 9.5 | 256QAM |
| 6 GHz | 18.5 | 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM, 512QAM, 1024QAM, 2048QAM |
| 6 GHz | 36.5 | 64QAM, 512QAM, 1024QAM, 2048QAM |
| 6 GHz | 53.5 | 16QAM, 512QAM, 1024QAM, 2048QAM |
| 7.5 GHz | 2.5 | 4PSK |
| 6.5 / 7.5 GHz | 5 | 4PSK |
| 6.5 / 7.5 GHz | 9.5 | 4PSK, 16QAM, 128QAM |
| 6.5 / 7.5 GHz | 19 | 128QAM |
| 6.5 / 7.5 GHz | 28.5 | 128QAM, 256QAM, 512QAM, 1024QAM, 2048QAM |
| 6.5 / 7.5 GHz | 36.5 | 64QAM, 256QAM, 512QAM, 1024QAM, 2048QAM |
Table 2-2 notes: OFDM is to correspond to one of the modulation-format entries; the 36.5 MHz entries are limited to telecommunications-service fixed stations.
Section 3.1.2(2)(c), printed p. 47 / PDF page 49, explicitly associates a 40 MHz channel bandwidth with a 36.5 MHz occupied-bandwidth limit, and a 30 MHz channel bandwidth with a 28.5 MHz occupied-bandwidth limit. This report does not provide the centre-frequency lists for these channel widths.

transmission-capacity labels, not MHz channel widths.
