Location
Cosmo Classic Club, Minamiboso City.
Apparently they reused the existing microwave tower as it stood.
I had not been watching it, assuming they would not put a log-periodic on a windy ridge.
I had recently been doing preliminary searches… and missed it.
Last time I visited Cosmo Classic Club by the normal route from the northern foot of the hill.
Street View suggests access from the southern foot too, so I will try that.
It took thirty minutes from the bus stop. A steep climb for the first six minutes.

JR: Tamachi 4:52 → Tokyo 5:21 → Kisarazu 6:42 / 6:47 → Iwai 7:47, ¥1,980.
Bus: Iwai Station 7:55 → reserved route extension → Yamanaka 8:25, ¥200.

That base station had disaster-response equipment operating, including a satellite link.

Mount Fuji is in the lower right, white.
As you see, Fuji is easily visible from the Boso Peninsula.
