The HF addition falls between these visits. It was already mounted before the 16 June 2025 Japanese licence date.
In February 2026, Ryota published the supplied damage photograph and said JB2XI had been broken for a while. The picture is undated. We have no dated repair observation; the August overview reuses the January 2025 tower photograph.

Johor Bahru first appeared in BR IFIC on 21 January 2025 and remains its only receiver coordinate for this transmitter.
The MIC licence response saved on 11 September 2026 names receiving equipment near Johor Bahru, Indiana and London, with 5 kW power. Ryota’s June 2025 licence copy names Johor alone at 2 kW, and his August 2026 comparison still lists Johor. The amendment date is unknown.
Optiver’s U.S. affiliate County Information Services has its HF site at Wanatah, Indiana. The Japanese licence gives no exact Indiana or London receive location.

Tokyo access and Maruyama

The HF tower sits on GTT’s existing Tokyo–Maruyama microwave route. The short Cube–Inoue segment uses E-band; the longer legs run via Mother Farm East.
NuVo/DRW also passes through Cosmo West, using its own equipment and a different route north: Mother Farm West and Kyowa Bussan Ariake. Ryota corrected the older GTT/NuVo assignments in November 2024.
